Second Round

Rate this Entry
It has been awhile since I have been on here from my first round. I ended up losing 61.6 pounds on my first round and even lost a little afterwards just from maintaining and getting back into lifting weights. I was really happy how easy it was to lose this weight, the only time I felt tempted to cheat was when I did not have my dosage correct. But I never cheated, I kept thinking losing x amount of weight was better than eating a meal that would temporarily satisfy my hunger. So I am very happy with this diet and the people at work have been amazed at the transition I have made, the only thing that threw them off was my list of food for cheat days. They thought I would have had a heart attack or something of that nature, but I explained that was all part of the plan to eat horrible for a couple days. And sadly with last winter, I stayed pretty sedintary and gained some weight back, so I decided to do another round, I hoping to lose the same amount of weight and see where that gets me.

Thank you for reading.

My first round was 43 days, I figured from what Dr. Simeons discovered, authored and basically perfected was good enough for me. So I went all out on that round and then this one. Though the last binge day I was in bed all day because of that nasty migraine I didnt get to eat alot of the food I bought, other than that yeah I have been just sticking to the original plan. The only thing that I fluctuate is melba toast or grissini stick, I am not having any of those today to see if that effects weight loss or gain......
And I forgot I did the intramuscular injections again for how Dr. Simeons originally did it, though the first time I stuck that needle in my Gluteaus maximus I freaked out. yeah, then nothing it wasnt bad at all. When I was trying to decide how I wanted to administer the hcg I found a study done on women for hcg intramuscular injections vs subcutaneous injections the intramuscular had a significant higher bioavailability when the women were tested.

Same with me lost that 61.6 pounds and then just this last winter put 20 back on, so I was up set, but that beer just tastes sooo good at night. And then the inevitable double cheeseburger. I did do alot of steak days to counteract it, but that eventually didnt work anymore.
Thats really great 10 lbs is 40 pounds of pressure off your knees, thats how I look at it. Not to mention, I love the feeling of just feeling thin.

So I am on day 7, I dont include my gorging days in the days and I have lost 17.2 pounds, I feel thats pretty good so far. I have been noticing though because I had to drop my dose down (from 175 ius to 150 ius) that I should have dropped it even lower on the first day I dropped the dose to something like 125 ius, because the hunger wasnt as bad but it was still there. And because towards the end of my last "cycle" I started to become immune to the HCG I decided to start skipping sundays right from the beggining so hopefully that will help me get my body leveled out for the hcg levels and prolong the immunity. I feel a little different this time from my last cycle, I experienced the headache in the beggining and I contributed this to NOT drinking enough water, which did seem to help and when I get hungry drinking water makes me feel like a stuffed pig. I do drink a detox tea at least once every day, just to help flush out the crap thats now flooding my system, the water helps, but I think how long I have had this fat and what I ate back then and I know this tea will help. I have not cheated but man Honey bunches of Oat cereal the smell gets me everytime and having a couple beers is pretty tempting. However, it is good for us to feel the need to want something and tell ourselves that we CANNOT have it and stick to it. I think mentally people have gotten to the point where they think with their stomachs and go for the "tasty" meals and not the whats the healthiest thing I can eat. So when I do this diet and I have the option of bascially saying "ok I can eat this delicious looking and smelling meal and not lose any weight or not and stick to this diet/protocol I can achieve what I want and its not a fallacy, its still sacrific one way or the other, but what matters is what we do afterwards. And we are all human so our urges and nature take us over at times, but we just have to think and not let our urges/hunger/taste lead us away from what we really want. Sorry for my little rant.
