Sabotage! And Turkey Mayhem .O.

So.... I found out why my loss on Saturday was only .8lbs

I had a taco salad on friday. With the meat I asked my mom to snag me at the grocery store while she was there and she kindly bagged each serving separately. (because she's awesome and i wasn't home at the time to do it.)

Turns out it wasn't LEAN! Also the serving bags were 5oz! She cut it into 4 5oz servings!

I was suspicious when browning my meat like "why does it look redder in color!?" and also why did it seem like a lot more than usual? I was so stupid and didn't question it at all. I took out the trash and saw the container it was in and asked if that was the kind she bought me. And sure as ****, it was the the kind with 160 calories per serving and 8g of fat

.O.

Not only did I eat fatty meat but I ate 5oz of it. >,<

Sabotage!

I backtracked my Myplate page (i track EVERYTHING I consume every single day) and back put all the pieces of the puzzle together. Thank god I didn't eat anymore without knowing. I ran out and bought the extra lean n___n and had chili today. It was so delicious. Tonight is taco salad the right way. X)

Thank god it didn't cut my loss too bad. lol. I was like NUUUUUUU!!! and my poor mom is like:

._______.;; "i didnt know! I'm sorry!!!"

Then I hit her! LOL

Nah she'd beat me into the earth if I ever even thought about it! I would never think of disrespecting my mother she's... well my mom and I love her : D

Gotta love my mum. Although I think sometimes she loves my girlfriend more than she loves me. XD

I also woke up with another 1lbs loss again. Hopefully it's smooth sailing from here. Hoping to exceed my mini goal for this Saturday.

    your posts are funny! keep up the good work. ive eaten 5 oz and didnt gain, but then again i think it does all depend on the person. what does your taco salad consist of?

    n__n thanks glad you enjoy. I just searched a Hcg taco seasoning recipe on the interwebs. 99% Lean Ground turkey, a bit of chopped onions that I cook with the meat, roma tomato ontop, and 100g of shredded iceberg lettuce with 2TBS of fresh salsa. I love taco salad days

    My other favorite recipe would be mongolian beef and cabbage. fresh ginger takes that recipe to a new level. My mom thought I had ordered take out when she saw me eating. Then asked me if I was cheating on my diet X).

    mmm sounds delicious. are you losing while eating turkey? cuz protocol doesnt say turkey.
    how do you make the mongolian beef if you dont mind me asking? i like to get my meals over with cuz im always busy and dont have much time to cook so i usually just make a burger patty and eat a tomato on the side. hahah
