My Eyes Are Open

*sigh* I have been through a lot these last few days. All I can say is that I am so grateful for this site. This is my fallback for whenever I feel hungry. I come on this site and do some researching, and I see that almost everyone succeeds at this diet, which gives me all of my motivation back.

Yesterday was really hard. I'm not sure why I didn't realize this sooner, but being on the HCG diet and working at a grocery store DON'T MIX! And of course everyone decides to get cookies, brownies, mashed potatoes, and everything else that I can't have. hahaha...willpower to it's finest everyone.

But seriously, am I the only one who craves foods now that I can't have them? I have always been more of a meat/potato girl....but now I want a nice big piece of cookie dough. :?

I went to Sioux Falls yesterday with my bo to see Pitch Perfect. (GO SEE IT.) There are restaurants on every corner, and our hotel was right next to an ihop (OMG BANANA BREAD FRENCH TOAST)... my boyfriend was complaining about how hungry he was, and I had never felt so hungry in my life. We both contemplated giving up. I woke up this morning so thankful that I didn't give into temptation.

Well, when we got home, we both stepped on the scale... Tysens' weight was 244 after loading days, we are on VLCD 2 and he now weighs 234.6! I weighed 237.2 after loading days, and now I weigh 232.5! I can not tell you how thankful I am that I found this site and HCG. I really hope that our progress keeps up. As long as the weight is going down and not up I'm happy.

Regardless, my eyes are open now. I realize that we were both addicted to the good times we had with each other and food. Keep us in your prayers, please.

If you ever need anything, a friend to talk to, some motivation, message me, or add me as a friend. I would love that. :]

I work in a grocery store too. Wait by the time you get close to P3 you will be walking through the produce isle lusting over the fruits and veggies. the bakery doesn't even interest me anymore. By the way you shouldn't be hungry on this at all. If you are your dose may need to be corrected. If you are not doing this with a doctor you can go to the forum to Grammys groupies and ask Grammy. She knows a lot about dosing. I do the RX compounded pellets and I have never been hungry...not once. I have thought about food but never actually been hungry. Keep up the good work!

CONGRATS on the great losses. That is amazing and also watching the scale drop was also very motivating to me when I felt like giving up!

Glad I'm not the only one that is starving at the moment. Has your extreme hunger subsided now? Good on you for sticking to it and not breaking all the good work you have done so far!
Nice work on the weight lose!
