Is this really happening? Oh so happy!

I was hesitant to start the HCG injections... first, because I wa scared to administer my own shots even though I am a nurse (lol) 2) I could not stand the thought of giving up "my foods."
I have been on this journey for 1 week and here are my results so far

Day 1 weight 232.8
Day 7 weight 222.0
weight loss 10.8 pounds

But here is what I have learned so far. I am realizing that alot of my eating is from habit or emotion or even due to esthetics. I notice that I want to eat something not because I am hungry but because I am thinking about it or have attached some magical property to the food I am about to consume.
Instead now I just think how successful I will be and I question mself why? Why do I want that even though I am not hungry.

Also, I am starting to notice portions... wow I really really had large portions before. My big wwin this week? I switched from Coke to Diet Dr, Pepper and I allow myself 2 small cans per day (the baby cans) and my hubby went to McDonalds and I ordered a small Diet and was amazed by how large this was...before HCG I would order nothing but a large and drink it up wanting more. I am just so much more aware of what I am putting into my body.

Okay so really the most exciting thing this week is that I put on my tight jeans and now when I get up from sitting I am not having to pull them up around y fat rolls any longer. They are not rolling down my fat!!! Awesome feelng!!!

Just had to share.

Thanks... today I was able to go to the movies and bypass the buttered popcorn that I love so much. I just told myself that I will come back to that place skinny and I will have my pocorn then!
