Dear Friends,
I had to take myself off the board for a while. Truth be told, I didn't know if I could continue this diet! I plateau-ed at 197 AND 195. I was 195 forever. I cheated big time one day and only gained a pound, but I thought that maybe I would try dieting with just low calories and exercise. So I did the exercise and my weight did not budge. Then yesterday I went back on my hcg diet, and here I am -- looking the 180s straight in the face!
Yesterday I had an egg for breakfast, and that was so wonderful! Then I just had chicken and asparagus -- not so much balsamic vinegar as I felt I was stalling because of that.
Initial weight: 209.
Goal weight: 180
Weight today: 192.6.
Here I come. However, I am going to keep up with the exercise.
