Well I ended week 1 feeling very well. Down 10 pounds. I have not found it to hard yet. Trying some different thing with the food but staying on protocol.

You should post more...or I hope your at least keeping a journal privately..I found putting my stats out there everyday with a little blurb about what i ate etc really helped me go back to see if there was a trend...Anyways..I am excited for you to get to P3..are you going to do another round? Did you go shopping for all your P3 grocery needs?
