BP coffee and Correction Day

Hi All,

I was wondering, when you did a chicken thigh correction day, can you still have your BP coffee in the morning? I'm really enjoying this coffee on P3!

    So far (like day 5 p3 lol) I have not done a correction day. How ever we are all on a journey. . So I say go for it, I bet you will loose but maybe not 3 lbs. Please let us know if it works.

    I was up this morning 1.8 and thought I better deal with it now :-)
    I didn't drink enough water and went crazy with the almond butter and apples yesterday. I have to tell you though....I HATE CHICKEN THIGHS! I almost puked this afternoon when I ate the first one! I used to think it was in my head but it's real. I always used to feel nauseous after eating thighs. I think it's the grease so I will have to have something else on my stomach before the first one. Hope it's worth it in the morning. You'll be the first to know. LOL
    Here is my menu today:

    8:30 1c BP coffee
    12:30 1 chicken thigh
    2:30 1/2 apple
    6:30 2 chicken thighs
    8:30 1 chicken thigh
    Water and lemon/stevia throughout the day

    I feel ya...I did a P2 mini steak day today...because of TOM and having a bad cold.. Will see what tomorrow brings..Wish us luck!

    It sounds like you're sensitive to almonds. A lot of times foods we're sensitive to also cause us to binge on them. I'm sure the CT day will work for you, esp if the gain is from the almonds. I'd be careful with nuts going forward. A lot of people have issues with them. I can only eat raw seeds myself. <------- Try telling me that after a few glasses of wine though!

    Well what happened?? I am down almost 2 pounds so it kind of worked.. how about you?

    Drum roll pleasssssse!!!! I was down this morning 12.5 pounds!!! Ok, just kidding....I mean lying :-)
    Really I was down 1.6 this morning. I think my results could have been better if I had upped my water. Kinda been struggling with the water lately. Overall, I'm happy with 1.6! Glad to hear you had great results Pooks :-)

    You know Marv...that's why your marvelous! I didn't think of that and I've started having little gains since I've added almonds. I thought it was the apples b/c I've been eating 2 like everyday. Thank you for bringing that to my attention. It will be hard, but I will let them go and reintroduce them later to see what happens:-)

    1.6 is fantastic!! This is such a trial & error process but well worth the effort.

    omg.. I read 12.6 and I was like WTFE!!!!!! I am so doing one and then I read your joking.. brat! 1.6 is smoking.. I was happy with mine too.. maybe next time we will swap..I will do BP coffee and CTD and you do the steak...deal?

    If your struggling with water.. use your juice of the lemon in a few glasses with lots of ice and add some sweetener.....ta-da pooksters lemon aid ! (lemon juice helps fight water retention anyways )

    Oh, thanks for lemon tip! I don't mind drinking water, it's just that I get really busy and forget! I'll get in about 32oz by 4pm. I need to start earlier so I'm not pissing all night.
