Still doing well. Down 0.4 today. Total of 10.6 lbs in 6 days. That's about 5 lbs of "virgin" fat as I weighed about 135-136 prior to loading. I am happy that all the weight that comes off now will really count towards my goal now. I have not started my supplements yet. Will decide which ones and begin those on Monday.

I am still thinking about my goal weight also. I plan on doing at least 30 days. I will be going to my Moms in Tennessee for Mothers Day and want to be in P3. I got down to 112 the first time I did HCG. I don't want to get that low this time. Maybe 118 or so....we will see how I am doing in 3 weeks!

Round 4

Post Load 141.4

VLCD 1 141.4
VLCD 2 136.4 (-5)
VLCD 3 134.4 (-2)
VLCD 4 132.4 (-2)
VLCD 5 131.2 (-1.2)

Hi Sweetness! You may not remember me, but I remember you. I haven't been on these boards for a long time, and it was wonderful, getting on and reading of someone from the old "big eaters" thread being around. You are doing great, sounds like! a VERY successful first week! Good job. I am finishing up my day 2 of loading, and start p2 tomorrow. I don't know how I find myself back here, all I can say is I went back to work, found the job I wanted, got it, and there went my attention to diet/exercise and up went my weight, It took a good year, year and half before I started gaining, but once I did, I find myself needing hcg again. Looks like it does still work, by your stats, just have to work it . I do like my job, but I find it very stressful, and I must be one of those who turns to fun when under stress, and at other times, too. lol. Plus women in offices seem to find something to celebrate ALL THE TIME. Don't know if I'll blog this time around, but I just had to say hi. Keep up the good work. The blogs and forums were extremely helpful to me last time. I probably should make the time to keep up with them.
