Hungry and tired - VLCD 2 / Spicy Beef recipe link

Here goes! I know the tiredness wears off after a few days, but I'm really tired! Also a bit hungry. I've started spacing my fruit out between meals, as Dr. Simeons says is possible. It does help, so that's great!
This round will be short - my boyfriend is sticking with me out of sheer determination for one round, but already fed up with foods. I have drops to continue after, so this round will be either 23 days or as long after that as he can make it (we were saying 2/13 earlier), then 6 weeks of P3 and straight back to P2. I think that's how it goes? I need to get familiar again with the rules.
The Foods
The first and second day for lunches were chicken and celery
Dinner day 1 was shrimp kabobs (peppers and onions) for dinner.
Dinner day 2 was a blog-able recipe. Amazing! I made P2 Spicy Beef, a recipe I found in the forums. I love that recipe. One tip -- make sure you're lighter than you think with the pepper if you're not a spice fan. The pepper heat comes out over time, so what seems 'managable' during cooking is 'holy moo hot' during the meal. And even hotter if you, like me, cook enough for lunches the next day.
