starting P3

Rate this Entry
Starting P3 (3 days of VLCD without HCG), my losses were not very good. only 18.5 Lbs in 39 days, but I will take that. Planning on doing p3 for 3 weeks and then doing short 23 day rounds next time, until I get to my goal. These long rounds are just too brutal and not much loss after the the 1st 23 days. It didnt help that I had 2 TOMs in this cycle either, which caused me major long stalls. Next round I will make sure that I dont hit TOM in a round. Maybe will do loading on TOM days to completely avoid them in a round.

    Ready,
My first round was 43 days and yes, brutal is exactly how I would describe it and I did not lose much more than I did in short rounds, however the weight was easier to keep off after than round, than it was in the 23 day rounds - I hope you have the same experience.

The more rounds I do, the longer my stalls, I'm on my 5th one in 6 years. The first year I did 3 rounds to lose 60lbs.

Praying this round is different (I load tomorrow), that the stalls are not as long (usually 5-7 days). I had THREE stalls last round, it made me nuts.

Simeons suggests starting your round at the end of TOM, I think you will see more losses if you do. Enjoy P3!

Sounds like your dose might be off. It shouldn't be brutal if everything is right. To high of a dose can give you hunger and poor losses. On a long round I usually have to reduce my dose after I have TOM in the middle.

I took sublingual troches from Nu image in the 1st round. So with those its not easy to reduce dose like with injections. But when I say its brutal I meant its just hard. I wasnt hungery just hard to get rid of some old habits of late night eating like I used to do for many years. I am on Round 2 now and its much easier now, since my body has already gone through the detox of carbs and sugars in round 1-P2 and P3. I dont crave any sugary or carb food anymore. I dont salivate over my favorite ice cream or waffles anymore. I now get really sick even looking at a photo of a cake or ice cream and I could easily say no to it and walk away from it or even throw the sugary cookies or cake in the trash can. Its just a matter of just changing the way your brain views food.
