Just starting out and know I will need support but I am sooo excited

I am Laura and I start the 500 calorie days tomorrow. I am excited to do this, my dad recently lost over 100 lbs doing hcg and is very healthy for the very first time I can remember.

I am a mom to two beautiful girls, Sammie who is 6 and Charlie who is 10 weeks. I took an extended unpaid leave from work and have 2 months left and so need to get this weight off. I know I will be a better mom for my kids and overall just a much better me as well. Any tips or suggestions, please shoot them my way!

    Congrats on taking this big step forward to a better you! Do not think of this as a "diet" but as a tool to help you have a better relationship with food. Without this logical thinking, you will go right back to your eating habits after Phase two because of more freedom in the choices you can make regarding food. Do this for you beautiful family! For me personally, the HCG diet is more of an emotional struggle than a struggle with hunger. There are a lot of obstacles you may face while on it but just remember it is temporary and worth it in the end! Make your ultimate goal to better your health! Wishing you the best of luck!
