Well I woke up to a 2 pound loss today!! I even ate my melba right before bed because I was having cravings, and felt like I needed something more. I thought for sure that would bounce me up. I m still wanting more than I am eating, but I have not caved in yet!
I even walked to the mailbox and back with my dog (1/4 mile only) after work this morning. I have been able to maintain my drinking enough water thankfully. When I need a treat I get a nice tea and sweeten it a bit. I found grissini by accident at carrs recently. My first rounds I never used it, I used melba a little bit, but found I wanted to cheat and eat more... I have always loved melba toast as a kid. So far I have been good, except I have had a day where I ate two more than I was supposed to.
Oh and the wind stopped blowing and we have a winter wonderland again! I am so happy because I hate wearing those stupid cleats to walk on the icy road with... now I have a nicely snow paved wonderland...

Goal: 250 by 4/4/11 rogue cycle P2-3 day load-P2 and then P3 and P4 after.
