R1/ p2/ vlcd 37

Haven't checked in in a bit. I've been really busy with work getting ready for my location shoot out of the country leaving Wed. Yup day 40 of P2. Things with diet are going great. I feel like all the stalls and .5 up and .5 downs have stablized and I'm consistantly losing each morning. The interesting part has been in the last three days (each morning having a 1lb lose) I uped my protein intake a bit 4oz verse 3oz. Tree days to go and then P3 on a cruise ship, I'm scared. I've bought several books regarding this diet and have studied and studied the blogs here regarding P3. I just really want to be able to stabilize quickly. I haven't cheat once at all during this phase and eating like this seems really easy to do.
Being more in the moment and finding the gratitude though, everything I own fits and being a professional costume deisnger/Wardrobe stylist that is a huge piece of mind and so much fun. I can't believe this has gone so well but am so so grateful
