The new battery in my scale did the trick. I am so happy I didn't have to get a new one.

I was down .6 this morning. Woooo Hoooo. I am so happy. I did cheat yesterday - on cucumbers and celery. It saved me from having any of the sweets that were at the bbq. I also had a little more protein than usual and I did not have any bbq sauce.

    I have a question... Are we not supposed to have cukes and celery??? My friend ordered the hcg for me and gave me a printout of what to eat... Those are both on my list ... Are they ok ?

    Yes, you can have them. I was just making lite of the fact that I "cheated" on cucumbers and celery instead of eating cake, cookies, baked beans and all the other sugary goodies at a bbq. I also wan't sure if having the extra veggies would put me over the 500 cals. - which it didn't.

    Whatever eating plan you were given, you should experiment to find out what works for you. You should also refer to Pounds and Inches for the original protocol foods.
