  1. ?? -Mug Cake on P2

    Is there a version of Mug Cake that can be eat while in P2?

    Without the structure of the work week, I sometimes have trouble on the weekend and if there was something simple I could do for brunch on the weekends that would keep me on track until Monday. I do very well during the week.

  2. R1P2D5 - Up 1.4 - WHAT!

    I don't know what happened. Yesterday was difficult because I was held hostage in a "meeting" at work. It ran over, so they didn't want to stop and ordered in. The catered lunch was "Tacos" - which happen to be my favorite. I almost fell into the deep end but I did the best I could. I cheated with a "tortilla". I had lettuce, meat, tomatoes and some a little salsa for the moisture. I couldn't take all the lettuce so I had to use a tortilla. I ran out of water ...

  3. R1P2D4 - 1.5 lb Release - YEAHHH

    I am so glad I didn't let yesterday get to me.

    I stuck to Protocol and had a 1.5 release this morning. Whooo Hooo!

    I even had 2 pieces of Chocolate Delight. I know some people say that you shouldn't have Choco D unti P3 but it didn't affect my loss. I won't have it every day because it's too addicting but once every few days shouldn't hurt.

    I have lost all the weight I gained during my load last weekend. I am so excited.

  4. R1P2D4 - 1.5 lb Release - YEAHHH

  5. R1P2D3 - Goose Egg! :-(

    I didn't loose anything today and I think I know what it might be... tomatoes.

    Everytime I have them for one of my meals, I either show a slight gain or lose nothing at all. I really like the "chili" I make in P2 but if eating tomatoes is going to set me back, I'll wait until P3. Today proves that I need to stay away from tomatoes - at least during P2. I may try them again when I get to P3.

    Another thing is I've noticed this "rash" type of skin ...

  6. R1P2D2 - Down almost 2 lbs the first day - Woooo Hoooo!

    Yay..... I lost 1.7 lbs which is almost half the weight I gained over the weekend.

    I wasn't really sure how I'd do because after dinner I was still a little hungry so I had a few more pieces of protein instead of the spaghetti I made for my two boys. The extra protein helped but I won't make that a habit. I suppose I could have had a little more veggies.

  7. R1P2D1 - First VLCD Day - YEAHHHHHH!

    I gained 4 lbs from loading over the weekend. I almost didn't survive day two but I knew I had to keep eating.

    I am so excited to be on P2 and I can't wait to weigh tomorrow morning. I hated to see that 4 lb gain but I know it will be gone by the end of the week.

    Starting Weight: 227.2
    Load Day 1: +1.1 (228.3) :-(
    Load Day 2 : +1.9 (230.2) :-0

  8. I'm back....

    I had to take an interruption since my last blog, earlier this month. Life got in the way and this is the end of my birthday week. I was driving myself insane because too much kept happening which was a major distraction from the protocol. I'm not happy about the slight gain I've had but I'm loading today and tomorrow and will start fresh on Sunday.

    Does anyone have a recipe for Kale? I need a break from cabbage and I tomatoes a slight gain. I have romaine lettuce with a protein ...

  9. If this normal....



    I've been doing pretty good on protocol and two days ago, I lost 2.2 lbs. (whoo hooo), yesterday I didn't lose anything - big fat goose egg. I expected that because I lost so much the day before.

    I went to the gym and walked for 45 mins on the treadmill (2.5 mph )and I sat in the sauna to sweat some more. Well... I had a .6 gain this morning - . I don't get it. Was it the sauna? I don't have a bathtub in my apartment so I can't do the detox bath. ...

  10. Up AGAIN!!!



    I got up this morning and was up .5 and I didn't cheat. Even though I am up, I see that I've lost inches. It could be a few other things...

    I started walking at lunch now that it isn't raining. I ran out of lettuce so I had 2 small Roma tomatoes and I also ran out of chicken and had some steak - two days in a row.
