  1. Update to - I left half my lunch...

    Having the cauliflower did not cause a gain, it looks like it actually helped me with a loss. Because.... I had a 1.5 lb release this morning. Whoooo Hooooooo!

    I never eat cauliflower, even when I wasn't on HCG - I ate mostly broccoli, salad and sometimes green beans - but NEVER cauliflower. Next time I get in a crunch, Cauliflower will be my "emergency" veggie.

  2. ??? Miracle Noddles (??? for the HCg Vets)

    I've read other sites and seen YouTube vlogs of other HCG users raving about this product on P2.

    My question is.... there is a similar noodle at the local grocery store - Shirataki or something like that. Are those the same thing as Miracle Noodles?

    I was thinking I can try them before I ordered a box of 10 online. The appear to be very filling with a slight fishy smell.

  3. ???? - I left half my lunch...

    I overslept and ran out with my salad on the table. I keep a few apples and melba toast at work since i have that everyday around 11:30 am. and I pre-cook and bag up my chicken - so I had that.

    I went to a local salad bar and they were out of lettuce so I got some steamed Cauliflower.

    I stayed the same this morning and I hope I didn't take a huge risk with cauliflower and show a gain tomorrow. I'll be having that salad for dinner tonight.

  4. Big Fat Goose Egg..

    I weighed this morning and I didn't lose a thing. I'm not bummed about it but I'd rather stay the same than gain.

    I was stuck in a training session and sandwiches were brought in for lunch. I found a chicken sandwich but they used Avacado instead of mayo. I didn't eat the bread and I wiped off as much Avacado as I would and I ate the lettuce and tomato. That was not enough but I continued drinking tea and my water to fill me up.   5. Salad Dressing?

    Before this journey I would not have a salad without balsamic dressing, which I use to make myself (Original recipe from Suzanne Sommers 1st Book). I had given up Ranch and any of the other creamy dressings long ago.

    I have several HCG cookbooks and I've tried various salad dressings that are ok for P2 but I am having a hard time finding one that I like and that I can stick with.

    I purchased the Braggs Vinegarette and started using that on my salad. I use no more ...

  6. I'm losing again.... Yeah & Mug Cake ??

    After stressing out over the weekend over my weight, I released 1.7 this morning. YEAHHHHH!

    I was so bummed out yesterday and tempted to cheat and eat anything I wanted - I am so glad I didn't do it.

  7. Ahhhhhhhhh - back on track... again.

    Well, after losing 1 lb yesterday, I'm up .8 this morning.

    I knew immediately a few things were the cause - I had been cooking and cleaning most of the evening and posting online (after midnight), so I know I didn't get enough sleep. Also, in addition to cooking my meals for the week I was also cooking for my boys and out of habit - I think I did a little too much "tasting". So I think lack of adequate sleep along with the tasting I added calories to my day and didn't ...

  8. Yeahhh!

    I had a 1 pound release this morning.

    For the past four days, I gave up oranges and brussel sprouts and I also cut down my beef and limited my coffee. I went back to the original protocol and focused on drinking all the water and I lost. I am done with trying to add my own variety to this protocol - I don't need to change a thing. I'll save the variety for P3.

    I can't sleep right now so I may not show a release for because I should be sleep right now.

  9. Back on Track

    I have on Round 1, Day 11 and I have struggled on P2 the past week and a half and my weight has been going up and down - mostly up. But I never gave up. I kept drinking the water, preparing my food as I keep trying. This forum has really helped.

    I am back on track now and just realized the reason for that was I was sick almost the entire time and today I am back where I was before I got sick. Yeah... I am so glad I kept going.

    I still struggle with "mental" ...

  10. I made a big mistake!

    Yesterday, I had a meeting in a coffee shop and I ordered a medium decaf but I got a latte by mistake. I took it anyway because it was free. HUGE MISTAKE! All day I had horrible stomach cramps and was literally "running" to the bathroom, with the runs all day. I ate my P2 meals but when I weighed this morning, I GAINED 3 lbs - AHHHHHHHHHHH! I cannot believe that latte caused a 3 lb gain. With all the time I spent in the bathroom "releasing", I thought I would have at lease ...
