Yeah, Baby - I'm back on track now.

After that huge gain the other day, I had a 1.8 lb release this morning.

I started having a piece of Cocoa Crack with my coffee and one piece (or not) with my tea after dinner. I started doing that this week and it has really helped me pass on all the treats they bring in at work.
I've also been putting my lunch/dinner meals together before I go to bed. That has really helped eliminate the "excuse" of not having time in the morning and I've been going to sleep at 10. Not just getting in the bed.
