Stabilization Woes

So with only 4 days vlcds under my belt i had to have a steak day....thankfully it worked but i must figure out how to stabilize...i went very slow only added eggs, bacon, and cheese one each day in that order in fact i had gained before i even started adding food ..i thought i would be the only person doing a steak day on day 1 of p3 ...anyway seems stabilization is just as hard as i thought it would be.
