  1. March 27th, 2011, Off of maintenance

    Good Morning!
    I would say that it is a beautiful day, but it is not, in fact, it is cloudy and cold out this morning! Where did spring go? It was like 80 degrees last week! ugh! :/
    Well, I have completely completed round 5 as of Thursday. On that day I was just up a couple of pounds, to be exact, 2.6 then this morning I was up 4.8! I know what I done, but it was very frustrating, that I can not have something so simple as a candy bar and/or ice cream and gain that much weight...ugh! ...

    Yep,
    I am in phase 3 now, was going to go till I got to my goal...just could not do it! Failure? HELL NO! I have lost 70 pounds on this "diet"! I am proud of myself, sure a bit disappointed I could not go on, but my body was telling me otherwise. So I had to stop. Sure I might get back on it and loose that last little bit in June, maybe, but for now, I am going to try to get through phase 3 and then onto phase 4. And hope and pray that I can maintain, or who knows go on to loose ...

    I had a good day today. Woke up to a .8 loss and then decided that I was going to have an all protein day. Actually I pretty much decided that I would have the protein day today last night. I really did not have any problems doing either. I was not starving at all. I ended up having coffee for breakfast, with Vanilla creame stevia and Chocolate Raspberry stevia...(and I used to NEVER drink coffee!) and then have had my 64 oz of water plus some more...and had a 200 gram hamburger on the GF grill ...

    I was going to blog this whole round and what would you know, but my computer goes on the fritz! Took a week it get it up and running again, and well, days went by and I had not been on here! I am sad, because I have lost contact with so many that I visited with for so long! I am so behind!
    So far I have managed to loose 14.4# this round, good, but no near as great as I was hoping to do! I have stalled out for the last week and hardly lost anything! Very frustrating!

    Okay, I have my first day "under my belt". I did not loose as much as I was hoping for for the first day, so I have to wonder if it is because of the "Constant Comment" tea or the tomato soup? Sometimes I do not loose with tomatoes. Or possibly the orange that I had for dinner. I did not have the bread stick or the Melba toast. I can live without them all together. But I might have them one day..I just don't eat them that often.
    Today I am going to cut out the tomatoes ...

    Today is day 1 of the 500 calorie. I take hhcg. I am on R5P2D1,I guess is the official way to post this.
    I have learned many things on this program...and one big one is what works for one may not work for another. You have to learn to listen to your own body and understand what it is telling you.
    My rounds have been good. I have had different issues with each round, after all you can not expect each one to be the exact same! R2 was really hard for me, ...my husband decided to do it ...
