If someone would have told me that a three months ago that I would be at 35 lbs down. I would have said you were crazy. But no I was crazy not to believe that there was something out there that could get me down that quickly without unhealthy side effects. The HCG protocol is the real deal. What more could a guy/gal ask for.
July 30, 2011 I was weighing 171.4 lbs and never did I imagine by October 12th that I would be 140.8 lbs. This protocol is so totally awesome. This is my second round. I had a great vacation/business trip in Vegas. I did watch what I ate and didn't gain a pound. This diet is the real deal especially when you realize what you don't need (bread, sugars, etc). I'm very happy and very proud of myself. I'm about 21 pounds down since loading on July 30-31 2011.
I'm so excited about my success so far!!! But I ask myself what to do next. P3 I know you go off the drops for 48 hours and continue the 500 calories. But then what? I may need some tips to maintain what I've loss so far. I do intend on doing another round. To maybe see those good ole 120's. Can I have a glass of merlot during p3?
I'm on day 21 of the VLCD. Who knew that the body could make it on such low calories. I still have energy and sleep very well at night besides the snoring that my hubby does. It seems to amaze me that we've been trained to eat 1800 and up for our food triangle. I feel now that I could actually survive on lower and eat only when hungry. Other than that I would eat when everyone else would and that was all the time. Here's to changes!!!!
Tom had caused a slow down in my weight loss. But I opted to do the Apple day. I ended up releasing 1.6 the next morning. I was too happy to see a change because I was stalled for 3 days straight. Apple day wasn't really all that bad. I only ate about 3 the whole time because I wasn't hungry. I think my mind wanted to see the scale drop so bad that I ignored any hunger and thirst. I didn't drink anything either including water. Apple days do work but we will see tomorrow if that scale moves ...
I'm still sticking with the protocol and having some really great success. I've never been able to lose weight like this without my body just adapting. This is the diet to end all diets. I thought the master cleanse was awesome and how about the cookie diet. This one actually teaches you how to eat and what to eat. I feel my normal hormonal self just a few days before Tom enters the door. I'm getting conflicting information as to continue on with the drops or to stop due to my monthly visitor. My weight loss is slowing down so drastically that I could just CRY!!!! (must be the hormones). How many ladies have experience this? Will my weight loss resume after with a huge drop?
I'm almost back into the 150s. It's feels so good to have such an amazing start. I've been sticking to the protocol because it doesn't seem worth it to cheat and suffer the next day apples only. I love apples but not that much. Good luck 2 all!!!
Wow, I can't believe day 5 is here and I'm down from 171.2 to 164.4. I'm so excited for this new weigh loss. I've tried almost every diet out there and this one has been the easiest. I thought being on a 500 calorie diet would cause undue hunger. I'm not hungry at all. I have to have alarms to go off to get myself to eat. But I make sure to eat and drink plenty of water. I hope I can continue to have this type of success forthcoming.
