First day of Phase 2

Fourth day of Phase 2 Round 3

I was down 1.8 pounds today!!! Total loss since Monday.... 9.6 pounds!!! Been eating chicken shrimp and tilapia mainly chicken n salsa with apple. My cravings for "good foods" (carbs, etc) has been haunting me, but I keep thinking of the end results, and looking forward to phase 3, and making phase 3 friendly pizza and "fried" chicken! YUM!!!
