Down 1.0 pounds today. VLCD 11, total loss 8.5 so still on the high end of the average but kicking myself for going off protocol over the weekend as I could have potentially had my 10 pound loss goal for my trip this weekend. I know that I am not going to be POP so I am going to be mindful of my eating, enjoy my holiday and then buckle down when I get back. We have a few busy weekends coming up so that will help with keeping me on track, I seem to do poorly when I have too much time to think.
I was so frustrated last night. I am the treasurer for our hockey board and switched to QuickBooks Online but found out after I entered everything for July (our busiest month since all the new registrations come in plus apparel invoices - approx 150 invs and payments of same) and had to redo it all over agian in my desktop version because the online version didn't allow a budget to be entered unless you bought the Pro which costs ~720/year. Not what we want to be spending with my desktop version is free.
I have a massage booked for tomorrow and a board meeting that will more than likely last 2 hours so it will be a long day sure hope my hubby and kids can get ready for the morning departure.
