M.I.A., but doing O.K.A.Y!

After I finished R1, I relaxed on my dieting. I was able to maintain my lowest weigh in after P3 and have maintained. I'm back for R2.

Maintaining the loss was pretty easy, which surprised me based on this message boards. There are so many horror stories of gaining all the weight loss back immediately after starting P4.

During P3 and P4 (Life), I decided on completely organic foods. I ate a very, very limited amount of carbs. Any carbs I did eat, were whole wheat/grain pasta's, pizza (gluten free)...I stayed away from potatoes, bread, sugar, soda. If I ate pizza, it was once during the week and it was no more than 2 slices. Pasta, I would have if a cup. I mainly would eat protein and fresh veggies and fruit.

I still ate well (skinnytaste.com). I continued to drink water throughout the day, light exercise (elliptical), baked my foods. Once in awhile, I would treat myself. If I wanted ice cream, I had a scoop and that was it. I've learned, it's about moderation. As of today, I've lost 27.9lbs, since Jan 30, 2012.
