First day of LOADING

Hey there,

I am looking forward to this diet! I have heard nothing but good things from it and it doesn't seem too hard. for starters I barely eat as it is (that's my major problem). So I think that the 500 calorie a day "Should" not be a problem. Funny how once your told you cant eat something that's when you want it the most. hoping for a good 30lb loss, but I will take anything at this point.

Today has been hard "making" myself Over eat! never thought I would be saying that. hoping tomorrow is easier... I currently weigh 172lbs and I am 5'6". I "think" and hope that its possible to loose up to 30lbs in the 26 days... what do you think?

Good luck every one I will need all the support I can get!

you might. Average Loss for Women is .50 to .75 per day from what I am told. If you have enough supplies you could stretch it out to 40 days if your head is still in the game. That should get you pretty darn close!

thanks for the encouragement. I sure hope so... depending where I end on my 26 day journey I might or might not do another round.

Welcome and good luck dmejia. At 5'6 and 172 lb starting, u don't sound a lot overweight, so you'll have to wait and see how fast your weight loss goes. I will say, though, the protocol is called lbs and inches, it's amazing how u lose from the places u'd really like to lose on this protocol. I think I've heard for the first round it is usually recommended u do a 30 day round of doses. U may want to look into that. Good luck.

thanks dubbles, if I have enough supply I may just do a 30 day round. I LOVE the "u dont sound a lot overweight" comment. I used to be between 184-188lbs on any given day, but in the last 2 years, I just kinda kept an eye on what I ate, didnt restrict anything or work out AT ALL, just everything in moderation, some days more than others... and I have managed to get to 172. Just now I want to do it quickly and maintain it. SO hoping for great results. I am SOOO looking forward to loosing the "fat" from all the wrong places... lol Thanks again!!
