Not much of a loss but now in the 140's!!!

Scared that my loss is slowing down but everyone on here is saying it's to be expected. Only a loss of .4 today but so excited that I made it into the 140's!

    Congrats! I want that too, but I guess I have to make it out of the 150's first That is how I got to the 150's, very slowly.

    I was up this morning (0.6) but it was because of some pickles I ate. I was not even thinking that they were loaded with salt. Hoping it's just water retention.

    That will come right off I am sure, I am only in week 2 and I am starting to get scared to get on the scale. I don't want to get disappointed when it shows no loss or a gain. I have to keep telling myself that it's how much you lose in a week that matters. These small amounts are def discouraging! Good luck!

    I have been on P2 since Sept 17th. I was hoping to stop on Saturday so that I could be in P4 on Thanksgiving Day. We will see.

    I understand the feeling of being scared to step on the scale.I was like that also when my losses slowed or I gained.I believe the 2nd week was the hardest for me because I only lost 2 pounds the entire week but the following weeks picked right back up.So just keep hanging in there and the weight loss will pick up .

    I agree with anh2100, your body is catching up. My first round I slowed for about 6 days then towards the end lost alot. You will do great. Just keep trucking. Walking for 30 min helped me as the days I did it I noticed more loss. Everyone is different. During your slowing or stalling, you are reshaping and losing inches. Your scale will move. When I stalled for 6 days I just kept going and doing what I was supposed to and then the scale moved. Detox baths help some as well. I did 1 c dead sea salt, 2 c epsom and 1 c baking soda.

    Thanks ladies and Abinco I will try the baths as well! I was going to jog today at lunch. Before HCG I was doing 6 miles a day running 3 and elliptical 3. Maybe if I start back with only 3 miles then I can get back into a routine at the gym!

    Wow, good for you! I do not like running but might give it a whirl when I resume the gym. Hoping to get there this week but not gonna happen. I have it paused so now I might wait till after our holiday vacation. I will walk my dog instead.
