Wll I pulled the biggest number all week!

VLCD11 and I lost 1 lb this morning...woo hoo! Glad to see it inched back up to a solid lb!

Really toying with the fact that I would like to do a full round vs. a 21 day round...what do some of you think? Do you think it's better to give the body a break in the middle?

    If you don't mind missing Thanksgiving, depending on how much you need to lose, I would go to 40. My first round was 40 days and I lost 27 lbs and this round stopped at 26 due to the holiday and going away and I lost 19lbs. I have 7-10lbs to lose but will do it through eating and working out. I do not think a rest is necessary. I do know you need to complete all the rounds per the Pounds and Inches to be successful moving forward. If you are on the drops, then do 48hrs off the drops before heading into P3 then do 21 days of P3 and P4. If you do not stabalize in P3, you need to stay there till you do. Good luck! Happy losing!     Thank you for the information, this is what I was leaning towards! I am ready to be done, only 13 lbs to go.
