    Yay! I found you!
    I know what your talking about because when i go to the bathroom, as sick as it may seem, i go weigh in! Like that caused a drop in weight...LOL
    Anyways...I am 4-5 pounds away from my goal weight. I think i finally accept 128.8- 129 as my stabilized weight. I am so afraid of eating. I have spent so much going to buy these foods, making recipes that i end up throwing away. I'd like a breath of fresh air.. I do miss the diet coke, won't buy it at home, but will drink it still. It's not like im dieing to have it.
    I look forward to joining your blog, hope i signed up correctly lol!

    Okay ...Can I say that I absolutely hate my husbands computer. So much so that I just ordered a new one for me about 10 minutes ago. It can't get here soon enough. I adore him but his laptop sucks !

    I am going through a lot of stress so I did not eat as much as I normally would have. I am the type of person that when I'm stressed I don't eat. My appetite disappears so I am trying to force myself to keep on eating as much as normal. But here is the foods I have eaten today.

    7 AM: 1- 500 mg L Carnitine on an empty stomach

    7:30 am: 1- probiotic capsule w/ 1 whole egg and 2 egg whites scrambled

    12:00 pm: 3 apple slices

    2:00 pm: about 8 oz of raw spinach w. diced chicken breast (4 oz) and rasberry vinigrette
    3 digestive enzymes

    7:00 pm : 1 slice of toasted ezekiel bread w/ butter and almond butter.
    1 probiotic capsule

    I drink at least 1 half - 1 gallon of water a day.


    Because of the stress I am under at the moment I didn't eat as much as I normally would have. I will try and eat more tomorrow.


    Oh and lets not forget the chocolate kisses I had tonight. They were sooo good. The girl I share my office at work with tells me I eat like a rabbit because almost every single meal I have a salad with some kind of meat. I eat apples every day or natural sugar free applesauce.

    I need to be eating more healthy fats so will try and work some into my diet tomorrow.

    Maorchid, if you are going to treat yourself to a coke once in a while you are much better off drinking the real thing instead of the diet.
    The preservatives they put in the diet is worse than the sugar you will get in the real coke. Have you ever tried "Zevia" ? It is a soda that is all natural and sweetened with Stevia. I have had a couple of the black cherry flavor and have heard the gingerale and the orange flavors are really good.

    I've been a member for a long while now, but I don't post. Am very post-shy!

    Anyway, have been reading your thread with a great deal of interest about the supps, and even have my friend doing your routine.

    Please know that you are helping more folks than you know, and I so appreciate your input!

    Okay so I was so late getting home from work last night and my husband would not get off his laptop so I missed yesterdays entry. I did eat more yesterday which is good. Because of the stress I am under at work I had not eaten much for 2 days and had dropped another 2 lbs. Not good in my opinion so yesterday I ate more. The menu went like this

    L carnitine 30 min before breakfast
    1 Probiotic capsule

    3 eggs- 2 whole and then 1 egg white

    snack: 1/2 medium sized apple

    Lunch: med spinach salad with chicken breast and ranch dressing

    forgot to take the digestive enzyme with my lunch

    Dinner: Olive garden :

    Artichoke and spinach dip with bread
    salad w olive oil and vinegar
    6 oz steak with roasted potato wedges ( about 10)
    1 fresh hot breadstick
    apple crumble dessert with ice cream. Only ate half of it.

    Forgot to take the probiotic or digestive enzyme

    64 oz of water

    So I definitely increased my food intake and forgot to take the digestive enzymes and I didn't drink as much water as I typically do . I woke up this morning and I have gone back to my normal weight which is now 8 lbs below LIW.


    I rarely eat dessert and I did last night but today I have gone back to my normal diet.

    Today:

    1 L Carnitine
    1- probiotic

    1 whole egg plus 2 egg whites

    Lunch:

    Cobb salad
    digestive enzymes

    Dinner:

    1 probiotic
    Fresh spinach salad
    2 pieces Tilapia (6 oz total)
    1/2 apple

    Not enough water today. Only about 80 oz. I need to increase my water .

    and of course some chocolate.

    I'm so glad to have found this blog...I was following all the great info re: Probiotics and tomorrow I am definitely going somewhere to buy some! I'm in P3 edging towards P4, however reluctantly...but I think I'll feel more comfortable eating different foods (starch, sugar) if I'm taking the supplements...worth a try anyway and from what I've read they are good for you regardless...Thanks for all the info! I'll let you know how I do...
