it is sort of a personal policy of mine to never have a bad weekend, nor do a correction day.
Fat bombs:
8 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup marscapone
1/2 cup salted butter
1/4 cup natural peanut butter
1/4 cup swerve confectioners sugar
2 tbs vanilla
a handful + of Lily's no sugar added chocolate chips (whichever flavor you like. I love salted caramel but cant always find it. semi sweet or dark choco are fine by me)
Melt butter in a microwave safe bowl. melt sugar into the butter. Leave cream cheese and marscapone out for a couple hours prior to soften. Mix everything together. Put into silicone candy molds and freeze. move to covered freezer container. Keep in freezer.
