So first day on P3 was not hungry but did manage to get in about 700 cal. Today upped calories to about 1150-1200 Pork chops in picante sauce, roasted cabbage steaks... Cut cabbage approx 1/2” high circles, and use olive oil brushed top and bottom and salt and peppper sprinkled on top. Baked for 20-25 min at 400 degrees. Carmelized snd brown edges made it delish.
Also made a salad with spring greens, spinach. Finely diced onions. Finely chopped thin apples tossed with homemade balsamic dressing. Used balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, olive oil a cpl T water salt cracked pepper and spices of curry, ginger, stevia, touch of paprika Best salad ever. My daughter came by and she agreed.
Btw for breakfast i had a few T almond butter and sliced small gala apple. Had to rush to early service. I usually slice my apple, shake cinnamon on top and bake in microwave for a minute and 20 sec so it is a little soft and has true sweet flavor from cinnamon.
Tomorrow i will try for same calories or higher for first week. Will see what scale says. This morning it was same as last dose
