Happy Surprise--after a slight gain of .2 on yesterday's morning weighin, get up and see I'm down 2.4 lb. from yesterday. Yahoooo!

Was determined yesterday not to get upset over the little ups and downs of daily weight fluctuations. I'm sure p3 will be like that, too. So, stayed the course, steady as she goes and had all the food alloted on protocol, except for no grissini-and maybe a little off protocol, had strawberries for both fruits. I didn't have the nice Honeycrisp Apple after dinner with cinnamon and Stevia as I usually do. And woke up to a nice loss. 2.4 lbs.!

The one thing I did last night, however, was a detox bath--Epsom Salts and Baking Soda. Oh how I miss my body moisturizers! Probably more than all the make-up creams and items (just using mineral powder, lipstick, and mascara). But it's only temporary. I think the detox baths feel really cleansing, even for the face. Maybe it's in my head, but will continue those long after this round 1. Can't believe I've never done one before, and at my age!

Am learning soo,soo much from other people's blogs and forums!

The dogs are barking to be fed their a.m. treats, so will not write more now, may post later today my new plans.

Dubbles - Congrats on a big loss!! I agree that it's important to not get upset over the small fluctations (even though I do *everytime*) because overall we are making dramatic changes!! Keep up the good work! I'm glad you've joined us in the blogging!

2.4?!?!?! Whoohoo!!!! That's fabulous!!!! I agree with Kati though... Your HUGE success is keeping control with the small ups on the scale! To not be controlled by a number.... WIN WIN WIN! Way to go!
