  1. R2P2vlc12--Not MIA, just Computer Glitches!

    Yesterday I tried blogging 3 different times, spent a lot of time typing, checking, and then each time my computer would freeze up, and I'd lose the blog I had written. Ok, the writing was on the wall....well, anywhere but on my blog so I said forget this, I don't have the time to rewrite for the 4th go round!

    To make a long story short, I'm doing ok, not really losing: lost 1.4 on R2P2vlc10; the next day, Friday vlc 11 I ate off protocol while on a little day trip antiquing ...

    Plan to be busy today, but I really need to be more consistent in documenting my losses and food plans for the rest of this round. It may help others interested in how a 2nd round goes, and help me for future reference.

    Weighed this morning, registered a .4 lb. loss. I'll take that--could have been a stall or even a slight gain. (I'm trying to prepare myself for one of those eventualities, as it happened on my first round.) So, .4 loss is great. I choose to look at the glass ...

    I need to blog my daily losses a little better, and maybe even meals--in case it would help someone else who is just starting. Or in case someone else is interested in a Round 2 journey.

    I've already belly-ached enough about the 2nd round being more difficult---it IS! Mentally, and for me even physically. However that might be because I've given up my breakfast fruit, and have started exercising at night. So by lunchtime, I'm generally really hungry. And I think it is real. ...

  4. Battle of the Rounds--a Draw So Far

    It's time for me to document Round 1 vs Round 2 of my Hcg P2 adventures. I tend to get too wordy, so cutting to the chase: Round 1 netted a 10 lb. loss by vlc day 7's morning weigh-in. And Round 2 netted exactly a 10 lb. loss on vlc day 7's morning weigh-in. So, no winner, total for each round's losses were exactly the same. IF you factored in that my loading weight gain on Round 2 was 5.2 lbs. and my loading weight gain for Round 1 was 4.6 lbs., I guess you could say I lost a touch more on Round ...

  5. Working the plan, plan is working...but difficult

    Down another 2 lb. from yesterday. This is vlc day4. It's going good, lost my load weight and am now ready to lose the last 10-15 lbs of real weight! Let's see how that goes.

    I have to say last night I was not a happy camper. Maybe a little depressed, feeling sorry for myself, but even felt a little angry and irritated. Feeling like everyone else is out having fun, it was Friday night, wouldv'e loved ordering pizza, going to dinner and movie--like most people do on the weekend! ...

    Well, round 2 seems to be working well. Down 2 lbs. this a.m. So the sf Coffeemate Creamer didn't seem to hurt me, yet...I'm so happy. With just that one cup of delicious brew I'm much better prepared for the day. And I am able to hold off eating until lunch, which I wasn't able to do last round.

    Right now it's near lunchtime. My stomach is rumbling, and I am vaguely hungry. Not sure if its hungry as much as empty. I'm not even sure my drops are as potent as they should be--they ...

  7. Time for Another Go Round

    It's time now to document this 2nd go round. So here it goes, started loading with hcg on Monday, the 8th, and Tuesday the 9th was Day 2 Loading. In actuality, I had been "loading" since Friday, the 5th, while going to Atlanta, and thru that weekend (without hcg.) It wasn't as much fun as I remembered.   8. Back from 2 Trips, and Done with P3 Round

    It's been quite a while since my last blog. And I've been a busy girl--one long trip, a short weekend trip, Halloween, football games and junk food. Happy to find that this morning I weighed in still below my last dose weight. Was 1 lb below. That is remarkable because I have really been off protocol, especially once I realized last weekend that I should be in p4 now.   9. One more High Protein Day Before Travelin -- The Results

    I've done another high protein day, didn't have to for weight, just wanted get down a little more because of traveling day after tomorrow. Girls, the high protein days work. I dropped another l.4 lbs. I'm now 2.8 below my LDW. That gives me 4.8, almost 5 lb. of wiggle room on my trip. That's the only reason I've done this.

  10. R1P3 Day5

    Quick blog to journal that weight stayed exactly the same from yesterday. That's good. Means I'm 1.4 below my LDW, so have a little wiggle room.

    Decided to do another all-protein day today. This is because of planned trip on Friday, and am anxious to see if the scale goes down further doing them so closely together. Will let u know. Have a really busy day today, so didn't have time to prepare or focus on food.
