  3. Here's the Thing....

    Ok, here's the thing, in eleven days I'm going to Charlotte, N.C.. Can't wait to see my "babies", whether I be fat and sassy or skinny and sexy (fortunately they luv me either way). The thing is, I have always planned to be in P3 at that time, but with my original plan would only be one day removed from P2 before leaving on trip. I'm just not sure that's the right way to go.

  4. Finally, a loss! Thank u hcg and hcgers!

    Happy Weekend--everyone! WELL...finally a loss, after showing gains over the last couple of days. Down 1.0 exactly. Everyone has been so supportive, and encouraging, I really appreciate it.

    Been trying to figure this silly stall, up-tick out. Someone said (mayve been mspanda, or was it tink, can't remember), that maybe it had to do with it being at a weight my body has been used to before. That could very well be it. I did stay at this weight for quite some time in the past. ...

  5. Last weigh-In was a Bummer!

    Ok, so I'm not a natural blogger at heart but I so luv reading everyone else's blog, I feel impelled to do one as well, as my contribution. Bear with me, my heart is not in it today.

    The last few days have really been bummers for me. Can't identify why. Physically, I haven't strayed from protocol. But emotionally, mentally I am all over the place. What's wrong with me?   6. Just Thinking...Kudos to Us

    Don't have a lot of time, need to get to my Mom's to stay with her tonite, but want to journal just a bit.

    I worry so much about getting off the restrictions of P2, how hard will it be to stablize
    and to keep control of my cravings for foods when given some freedom on the P3 protocol? I mean will I go nuts no longer under the rigid P2 rules? Before Hcg I used to go nuts, at times with totally out of control eating. I worry that will happen again.

  7. Happy Day!

    Well, it's Sunday morning, and I showed a 2.4 lb. loss. Yahoooo! I seem to do that, lose, and then stay the same for several days, and then lose again. As long as it goes in the right direction overall, ok by me.

    Did take the advice of several other bloggers and cut out my apple for after dinner dessert. But I luv the apple, and while I may leave it off again tnite, I won't always, so will add back next week to see how that goes.

  8. Change of plans.

    For all my good intentions to become a "blogger", I just haven't found the time to do so these past couple of days. Have been back and forth taking care of my mom, even spending the last two nights there, and will most likely being doing the same until Tuesday. That's always a stressor in my life.

    Anyway, have not really been losing all that much, weight wise, only .2 today, but I can really see the difference in my clothes. Tried on a pair of capri pants I wore all summer, ...

    Happy Surprise--after a slight gain of .2 on yesterday's morning weighin, get up and see I'm down 2.4 lb. from yesterday. Yahoooo!

    Was determined yesterday not to get upset over the little ups and downs of daily weight fluctuations. I'm sure p3 will be like that, too. So, stayed the course, steady as she goes and had all the food alloted on protocol, except for no grissini-and maybe a little off protocol, had strawberries for both fruits.
