  2. R1P2vlc21 Steady Wins the Race

    Happy Surprise--after a slight gain of .2 on yesterday's morning weighin, get up and see I'm down 2.4 lb. from yesterday. Yahoooo!

    Was determined yesterday not to get upset over the little ups and downs of daily weight fluctuations. I'm sure p3 will be like that, too. So, stayed the course, steady as she goes and had all the food alloted on protocol, except for no grissini-and maybe a little off protocol, had strawberries for both fruits. I didn't have the nice Honeycrisp ...

  3. Dubbles

    Haven't done a "blog" ever before, anywhere on line, or here on the hcg site. But here it is, 21 days into protocol, round 1, and I finally decide to do one! It's kind of like journaling, which I have been doing since I started this hcg journey--but on paper. Will start to "blog" now, and view it as part of this whole learning experience!

    This entire hcg protocol is a journey, not a detination. And on this journey I'm learning a lot about myself and my relationship ...
