Well, I didn't blog every 7-10 days as I thought I would. Here it is, close to 30 days down of Round 1 (calling it round 1 since it has been so many years ago I did the protocol). And, it still works! Woohoo. Very low calorie day #26, down 19 lbs, as of this morning. That's average of .73 lbs per day. So, yes Protocol still works. Plans have changed since I first started this round. Original plans were to do a 40 day round, but I am feeling a little burned out, my vial ...
Sorry for bothering anyone. I did go to Forums and scrolled down to tech area, but I still am not having any success in creating a signature or ticker. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
These past 10-11 months have definitely not been the norm, with lockdowns and masks! Such isolation, especially for older people, and those who live alone. Hell, I have felt isolated even though I don't live alone. I quit working out of the home about 2 years ago to raise a new baby, a FUR BABY. I just got tired of all the stress. MY job was one you were tied to a desk and headset, and the way we got phone calls, never a break. It got to the point I felt that it not good for my ...
I won't take credit for that blog title--I read that in a book someplace, at some time. But I'm borrowing it! First time I did HCG protocol was in 2010. Looking back on this site, I saw i did it some in 2013. Totally forgot about that time! Point being is time has passed, but I'm not going to give up and get "old". I don't feel it inside, and i don't want to look it outside either. Im often told I look better now than when younger. I don't know about that but I do try to be ...
I'm am so busy these days I may not blog everyday, but I do think it helpful. Especially when people respond to the blog--somehow my blog isn't allowing responses. Don't know what I've done, but plan to email Jarret later and see if he can advise how to change that! Today is a beautiful sunny, Sunday--I will be busy most of the day, but want to record my first weeks loss---this is vlc #7, and I have dropped 8.6 lbs. I'm pleased with that. On what other protocol could I see ...
The blog title seems appropriate, after all I am here in Derby City! Well first two vlc days were not all that eventful. Perfectly on protocol, and only lost 1lb each day at weigh in. This was my vlc3 weigh-in, and yoohoo, it still works. Down 3.8 this am. So, off and running! Awesome. Today, I stayed on protocol, and it was very difficult. At work They brought in Sub sandwiches, chips, dip, red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese dressing, sweet tea (we are in the south), ...
Can't believe I am back again. And OH how I need to be here. Initially started on hcg in September 2010 Had very good success. But here I am, about 2 1/2 years later, I find myself back. I am conflicted on whether or not to blog, it takes time and since going back to work almost two years ago, time is one of my most precious commodities. But when I look back at my posts, I see that it really did help me to blog. To keep track of my journey. To read other blogs and hear of the success ...
