  1. P3, Day 6

    Ok, so day 4 of P3 didn't go so well. Was up in weight some Saturday a.m. But then on Sunday a.m., I weighed in and found I had lost .8 of a lb., so was only .8 above last dose weight. Didn't get a chance to blog my food intake for yesterday. So here goes Sunday's menu:

    Breakfast: (3) small no-sugar added sausage patties, coffee with SF French Vanilla Creamer.

    Mid morning Snack: 1 cup of 2% Fage Yogurt, flavored with 1 tsp of Hershey's Unsweetened Chocolate Cocoa, ...

  2. P3 Felt Awesome Yesterday, Today (day 4) Not so Much!

    Ok, bad news. Weighed in this 4th day of p3 at 1.6 lb. over last dose weight! Geez, another .4 lb. gain and I should be doing a steak day. In reality I've never done a proper steak day, usually just high protein days.

    Trying to figure out why the gain. It could be one of three things:

    1) It could've been all those almonds from the day before yesterday. They were roasted in sea salt, very salty, and had way too many. Way too many, and way too soon. So yesterday ...

  3. R3p3,Day 3 Food Journal Update

    I am running so behind with what I need to get done today, this will be pretty brief. I do want to journal what happened with weight yesterday (after day 2 on p3) and what I'm eating today.

    This mornings weigh-in was up .6. But guess what, that's pretty good considering all I ate yesterday. Those bacon, tomatoe, mayo wraps were to die for, and extremely salty with 3 large slices of thick-sliced sf bacon on each. So yummy though. And I went a little crazy, was going to have a ...

  4. R3p3, Day 2--Thursday. Weight--Stable

    Yoohoo! Weighed exactly the same this morning as yesterday a.m. And that's with weighing in about 45 minutes earlier than usual. Who knows, maybe would have gone down a few oz. if I had weighed a little later. It's getting lighter earlier in the morning, I'm going to be getting up earlier and earlier. That may impact my weigh-ins.

    1st day of p3 when fine. I said I was going to journal what I ate, to keep for myself and others, so here goes day 1:

  5. R3p3day1, Down .4 lb. today, 1st day of p3!

    OMG, it is here. And I really haven't prepared too much for p3. Haven't really shopped for anything unusual from my p2 eating. But will have to do that today, maybe?

    Can't believe it--it was a long round of p2. And my easiest round of p2 yet, mentally. 55 days of vlc eating, and 57 days of dosing. I lost a total of 28.2 lb. That doesn't like much, I know, an average of .50 lb. per day. But it took me below my goal weight by 3.2 lbs., and I think that's why it went so slow. ...

    Tuesday morning, and the sun is shining. Looks like spring will be here before we know it. So ready!

    Has been over 48 hours since my last drops of hcg. But last night, early this morning, still no hunger pains--so, to be sure the hcg is out of my system, I'm going to TRY and wait until tomorrow a.m. for my 1st p3 breakfast. I don't want to have any fats in my diet too early. While when I woke up I felt no hunger, as I read the blogs, I notice my tummy is feeling pretty grumbly. ...

  7. R3p2vlc54, 2nd vlc day without hcg.

    It's been 27 1/2 hours since my last hcg dose, but who's counting? ME! I was so afraid I was going to be hungry, but the hunger hasn't set in yet. Haven't had a thing to eat this a.m., not even an entire cup of coffee. Just 3 glasses of water.

    Since I haven't gotten hungry yet, I wondering if I should do 72 hours of vlc, instead of the 48 I thought you had to do if on homeopathic drops. I don't want to start adding any oils, or fats back in too early. Before on my p3, I added ...

  8. R3p2vlc53, Down .8, Last Dose Day!

    Ok, today goes down in the record books as my LIW, (last injection weight, or for me, last dose day)! Ready to go on, or not, I have to--no more hcg in the house. I feel sad.

    Seriously, after 53 vlc days, it is probably beyond time to go on. The weird part is how much my weight loss has picked up over these past 7 days. Get this, even with a 4 day stall I've lost 4.2 lbs. since last Sunday! That's unbelievable to me. I'm now 2.2 lb under goal weight, and maybe with the ...

  9. R3p2vlc52--Saturday, 1.2 lb. Loss Today

    Can't complain. I'll take a 1.2 lb. loss. Anyday. Especially since that takes me 1.4 lbs below my goal weight. Maybe my few days on vlc after hcg will give me a little more cushion afterall.

    For reference purposes, I did not exercise yesterday. Whereas on those days (4) days of stall, I exercised quite a bit. Yesterday I also did not have any fruits. I was out of strawberries and just didn't feel like going and getting more. Lunch was (2) burgers, Laura's Low Fat Beef, cooked ...

  10. R3p2vlc51--In a 4-day Stall, It Seems

    Weight holding exactly the same. Four day stall. I don't remember ever weighing exactly the same for four days, on any of my rounds.
    Technically, this is when Dr. S. says you can do an "Apple Day". I'm not doing that today. Now if it shakes out to be the same tomorrow, I may. May not even then.
