Good! I'm glad that whatever was wrong as self-corrected. I haven't really changed what I've been doing other than really watching the whole "rogue" eating thing. That being said, I really haven't changed anything there either. So...I'm not sure what it was. Maybe it was my body going through its stabilization thing. I'm glad it's done. And that's all I have to say about that.

I know that from here on out I will always be thinking "oh my gosh, I've never seen that number on the scale" but...OH MY GOSH I'VE NEVER SEEN THIS NUMBER ON THE SCALE!!! 152?? Who even knew it existed! I guess I'll have to get used to it. It's just weird.

Technically my 23 days is up this Sunday and then Phase 3 begins on Tuesday but I'm thinking I may extend it a little just because of the whole stall/weight gain for the past week. I haven't decided. It will depend on where I'm at at the end of this week.

Today's menu:

Breakfast: Unsweetened tea (sweetened with Splenda)
Lunch: 6oz 0% Fage 1tbls strawberry "Just Fruit"
Dinner: 100g grilled chicken; lettuce and 1 cucumber; 1 melba toast
Snack: 5 Strawberries

    Congrats to you! Who knows what our bodies are thinking sometimes, lol. Glad you're in new weight territory. I'm 2 pounds into new weight and it feels great! I'm hoping to lose 1.8 by Sunday so I'll be at 155...of course more wouldn't hurt! But if I can at least do that, while keeping my BP up, I'll be satisfied!
