I'm not too concerned with a 0.2lb gain. That's probably just because I haven't......gone to the bathroom yet today/yesterday. So I'm not gonna freak out. Not too much happened yesterday. OH! I did add a handful of almonds in...that also may not have helped. But I was starving, and it was either that...or an oreo blast from Sonic. I think I went with the better of two evils, don't you think?

Not much going on today, either. I've been studying for my graduate entrance exams all day long for the past like...two weeks. I'm not good at retaining information and I'm just reading and reading and reading about music history. Not exciting and not fun at all. Oh well, you gotta do what you gotta do!

Today's menu:

Breakfast: TEA!
Lunch: 6oz 0% Fage with 1tbsp Apricot "Just Fruit"
Dinner: 100g grilled chicken over lettuce with vinegar dressing
Snack: 5 Strawberries

    Yes, you definitely chose better!!!! And my guess it's the bathroom issue, not the almonds, that gave you that 0.2 gain.

    Did you decide if you are doing a longer round now or is that going to be a day to day call? I personally cannot wait for Sunday to come!

    Well I go back and forth...I think I may end up
    doing a longer round just because my LDW last time was 155 but I stabilized around 156-7 so I'd like to at least have a little padding and get into the 140s and to stabilize in the 140s. Last time I added an extra week or so. I can probably do that this time, too. Hopefully...

    Next week is TOM though. Not excited about that. Although I have been spotting all week. And I'm on the pill so I'm not sure if it's the hcg messing with my system or what. Whatever....

    I really am looking forward to phase 3 though. Last round I did sugar free ice cream and sugar free frozen yogurt and that's all I can think about right now lol!
