Phase 2, Day 21 of VLCD

I don't know. I guess a loss is a loss but come on...this stall needs to BREAK. I am attributing the stall to Tom's arrival. Even though I've been spotting for the past week or so. Which is annoying. I REALLY hope to break the 140s soon. I'm running low on my drops and want to be in the 140s by the end of this round. COME ON BODY WORK WITH ME!

I feel like I've said that a lot this round. *sigh* it has definitely been a struggle each and every day. On the one hand, it's been easier because I knew what to expect. But on the other hand, it's been a lot more difficult because I felt like I could test the limits, so to speak, this time around.

Today's menu:

Breakfast: unsweetened tea (sweetened with splenda)
Lunch: 6oz 0% fage with strawberry "just fruit"
Snack: 6oz 0% fage with strawberry "just fruit"
Dinner: 100g grilled chicken over lettuce with apple cider vinegar dressing

Hopefully I'll see a bigger loss tomorrow. I'm definitely ready for a bigger loss! Please....
