VLCD 4 and 5!

OMG yesterday was a complete disaster and I was stressed out of my mind. It affected my weight loss and this morning I woke up to a 3 pound gain. I ate on protocol so I don't know how that happened. Stress seems to make me bloat or keep the weight on.

I am so frustrated I want to cry.
Today I had an egg and 2 egg whites for breakfast with a little bit of lean ground beef added in for extra protein. I felt like I needed some more food this morning. I also ate an orange and cucumber.

I think that is all I will eat today since I have to finish writing my essay anyways.

Anyways I will check in tomorrow....hopefully to a big loss on the scale and not a gain. How does that even happen?

    I did forget to mention that I weighed after eating and not before, but still 3 pounds!

    Stress did that to me the other day. I gained 2lbs. I was so upset. Although I did weigh 1st thing after emptying my morning bladder... I was told however, that if you gain more than 2lbs that you should do a steak day THAT DAY! I also didn't know were are allowed to have eggS, or anything for that matter, for breakfast, besides coffees & teas.
    I don't know. It seems like quiet a few people say what they're doing, & some which I didn't read in the book, or know to be on protocol. Maybe there's another protocol too that I'm un-aware of... I'm doing the original 500Cal a day. Anyways though, I would had recommended doing the steak day but since you didn't, I guess just check you weight tomorrow, hopefully all is well. I'm doing fine now & my weight is back to losing. It'll all work come together & work out.

    I'm on day 11 of Phase 2 <My 1st time doing this diet so I'm no expert

    From reading the protocol author's book Pounds and Inches eggs are ok exactly as you did -- 2 egg whites + 1 egg

    Also steak days are p3 aren't they? Suggestion -- if you aren't down tomorrow post on Ask Grammy and see if she has any recommendations

    Also - ask yourself...have you pooped? ha ha I know it's a silly question, but it could be valid!
