A very modest 0.2 lb since yesterday..but as long as I am on the right direction..I'll take it! I will try to drop one fruit and increase my protein intake by 50 gr. and see what happens. Because I really had to force myself to eat that very sweet apple at night while I was starving for something salty and hearty.

I have been very hungry all day..I don't know what to do with my dose. I will stick to 150 for one other day (today) and skip tomorrow to see I guess..

Itsy bitsy change on the waist. Here are the numbers:

    Are you doing a long or short cycle? Congrats on your progress! I know it says on here quite a bit to lower your dose if you're hungry, but I'm hungry on 125 and 150, 175 seems to be my magic number.

    Good to know chunkynomore!! Thank you VERY much for sharing that. I will try 175 starting first thing in the morning tomorrow (Friday). Oh God, I hope that works 'cause this hunger is not any fun. Plus the anxiety it brings along that you are burning the wrong kind of fat and will gain it all back as soon as you finish your round and start P3 is going to give me cancer soon (God forbid)

    The manufacturer wanted me to increase to higher than 175 even, if 175 kept me hungry..but in the forum the advice is just the opposite. So far forum advice did not work for me and I am passed my 20th day, still trying to find it ("my sweet spot")

    I planned on doing this round for as long as it took (of course I know max 43 injections, min 23) for me to feel satisfied and my dream weight is 125. (i am 5'6")

    Update: no loss, no gain, exactly the same as yesterday. No BM for more than 6 days now. Waist is larger than yesterday by 2 full cm but belly is thinner by 1.5 cm, hips same. I couldn't go shopping so I didn't eat enough of my protein (only about 3.5 oz all day). Maybe that is the reason? OK then I will sum up with the numbers again:

    Are you drinking enough water? No BM for 6 days is a BIG problem, and water should be flushing everything out, working as a natural laxative. Remember, you can always do 2 rounds!

    Take some magnesium dear, it will help you greatly. Take 500 mg a day to help flesh you out.
    And water, water, water. Try to drink 1 gallon a day.

    Maybe cut out fruits, your system might not go fully into ketosis because of the fruit. I know I cant have the fruit. Its strickly protein and veggies here.

    Try dropping tomorrow dose at.125 iu to see if.the hunger will cal. calm down.

    Keep your chin up, you will get through this, fight for it, fight for your freedom in this!

    I am trying my best and do drink A LOT of water..only the last 2 days I have been out a lot and did not drink enough water because of practical concerns (like trying to find a ladies room every 10 minutes!! lol!)

    your progress is pretty impressive! Keep it up! I hear ya about needing hearty/salty mid-round, that's awful!
