  1. missing my support group

    Hi everyone sorry I haven't blogged in a while just researching and preparing myself for this weekend when I will be loading. I am totally on an emotional tller coaster with this weight issue. Of course if I could snap my fingers and he 140 I'd he so happy. I understand this takes hard work and dedication so I'm up for the challenge. The only thing I am truly afraid of is out vacation that is planned in July the first through the 6th and that should be my p4 help

  3. mother's day load

    well since i didnt do so hot on my first try withthis ive decided to give it a shot once more wish me luck with a min i load day on mothers day this way i can pretty much avoid hoildays until july 4th ill probaly do a 23 day cycle so i can stablize. guys are steak and apple days for phase 2 or three ive read the newbie info but it isnt clear

  4. failed and sad

    Well guys I started last week but failed horribly. I'm starting again tomorrow I gave myself a 3 day break and yes I gained but is it ok not to do the loading days again. I'm not sure where to start. I do however have more confidence this time and ready to stick to the vlcd help where should I begin tomorrow

  5. day one phase 2

    Can I get any hungrier? Well I did my green tea this am and for lunch at about 12:45 I had a plum tomato with salt pepper and distilled vinager and a baked piece of tilapia I just had a snack of a cup of strawberries and I swear I feel famished. Ill have dinner about 4:45 because I have to coach my daughters soccer team this evening. My weight ended up at 183.6 I definitely had a field day loading smh. But today is a new day. By the way I have been heading to the rr a bunch lol it must be the hcg ...

  6. tomorrow is phase 2 SCARED LOL

    First I have to say I love this place everyone is so supportive honest and kind ! Thanks so much for this. I have definitely enjoyed these loading days. I'm trying to see if I want anything else before tomorrow lol I bought a bunch of fresh produce and fish so I'm going to start cooking and preping my foods. I like to cook my spinach and cabbage in chicken broth is that ok ? I want to follow protocol to the letter but anywho I am so excited thank you to my new friends

  8. loading is crazy lol

    so i think i may be doing this wrong people lol
    for loading i ate a yummy breakfast sandwich from panera and then a bag of chips but i did lunch at bj's resturant here in columbus off of polaris, i had parm crusted chicken mac and cheese mashed tatoes and 2 margaritas oh also some coldstone sweetcream ice cream i dont know if im loading enough fat vs eating my faves someone help

    so im excited yet nervous at the same time im currently 180 as of this am and i need to get down to 130 with this new diet i see a lot of good results in the forum so i hope that i will be one of the man losers but i guess trying new things can be scary
