Day 2 VLCD.....not so perky!

Man I'm tired this morning! I got great sleep but I woke up with the intention of working out but there is no way! I feel like I am dragging! I see already that walking may be the only exercise I get for a while I hope the energy picks up soon or I don't know if I can hang handle feeling like this. The 3 pound loss this morning was nice but I'm sure its only water weight at this point. Hoping the days get better as they go!

    What t-Willa said to the max! Hang in there. The week will be over before you know it. I really gets better. I am back to exercising more on the moderate side with walking 3 miles in 45 minutes or spinning (on my own not an organized class) for 40 minutes. I make sure I don't rate it as strenuous. Good luck!

    I'm dragging my shrinking butt behind me too. Soooo tired this week. Bah.

    3 pounds lost is very encouraging though! I know you didn't gain a lot during your load, so I would be ecstatic!! It's a positive sign for things to come!

    Thanks ladies! Once I got up and had my coffee and some food I perked up!
    I feel pretty good now and the hunger is much diminished from yesterday.
    I am enjoying some chicken breast asparagus and miracle noodles right now. These noodles really helped me a few years ago when I did hhcg.
    I noticed no stall in losses and they are so filling!
    Looking back on notes I kept I seemed to lose a little more on the days after I ate them, strange!
    Anyways, thanks again for the encouragement
