Recipe For Phase2 - CHILI

Mendy’s Cowgirl Chili ( *Modified)
“Makes 5 servings”
400 grams. of ground beef 95% LEAN = (548cal)
1/2 of a chopped white onion (80gr)= (32cal)
3 chopped garlic cloves = (12cal)
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. crushed red chili flakes
1/4 tsp. curry
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1 Tbs. of yellow mustard = (10cal)
2 cans (500gr) organic ready cut diced tomatoes = (90cal)
1/2 cup of water

**Brown the meat then DRAIN in colander strainer wash off with hot water, wipe the skillet out with a paper towel.
Place back in skillet add a small amount of the tomato from the can and then add onions and garlic, wait till they are a bit soft then add all other ingredients & water, bring to a boil, turn down and simmer for 25mins.

Total Calorie Count: 692cal…put into 5 parts…. 138.5 cal per serving !!!

Ok, so after it’s done get out your handy scale and separate into 5 servings. I have small Tupper Ware freezer safe containers. Use the 1 now and the next for the following day….. Place 3 in the freezer for later.
