Recipes: Sauces- Phase 2- KETCHUP

Homemade Ketchup

I used this recipe as a base guide…then mixed it up to how I wanted…exm: I got the water and vinegar and just added them as I went, to get the texture and taste I wanted…same with the spices…I added more of some to get the taste how I wanted…
1 small can sugar free tomato paste
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/8 tsp cinnamon
2 Tbs cider vinegar
Mix all ingredients together.
Store in a jar in the refrigerator.
Shake or mix well before each use.
Keeps about 2 weeks.
