Have did so well ,maintaining my new 140 weight. But had a long trip over the weekend ,and ended up being 2 pounds up.Not going to stress to much tho since i didnt have anything bad just to much sitting,and resteraunt foods. i WILL get it back off.

    I have been wondering how you are doing and that is really great for traveling and eating out. Heck most of that could just be inflammation form the traveling.

    Thanks Shannon,you could be right,to much sitting,my butt was numb,lol
    still trying to get to my 135 goal or maybe even 130. it will happen in time .im not adding in sugars or bread/potatoes yet,except a sweet potatoe now and then. I do still read the boards and see how everyone is doing. even you!

    Good for you...2 pounds after traveling and restaurant food is not bad...you'll get it off! Good to hear from you!
