Ready to begin P3 on Tuesday

Good morning all. Well I have surpassed the 20 pound mark today onP2. Tomorrow will be my last HCG injection and will begin P3 on Tuesday. I want to continue to have a successful weight loss so I want to begin to prepare for P3. If any of you have good tips that will help big time. I want to lose another 15-20 pounds before starting my round 2 of HCG. I have a wedding and a bikini to look forward to! Yay! This is so exciting! I love stepping on the scale now. Lol

    Congratulations on your awesome success!

    I am not going to pretend to be all that math smart, but wouldn't 72 hours from tomorrow's injection be Monday rather than Tuesday?

    I'm beginning P3 on Saturday, so I'm right there with you.

    A few tips that I've learned from this site:

    During stabilization, don't be afraid of good fats.

    During the stabilization phase, don't begin a strenuous exercise program unless you want to train your body to rely on that to maintain weight loss/current weight.

    Continue with plenty of water and good quality proteins.

    Make sure to avoid legumes (and starches and sugars). Cashews and peanuts are legumes (just learned about cashews yesterday).

    Reread Pounds & Inches and brush up on P3 details.

    I'm so glad you love stepping on the scale now!!
