  1. P2VLCD2 - It's ON!

    There is always that worry in the first few days if your hcg is 'good' or not - no hunger, so we have a good batch!

    Gained 7.6 loading, lost 4.4 yesterday and hope to have the rest of the 'loaded' lbs gone in the next couple of days so I can start chipping away at the REAL reason I'm in P2 = 163.4.

    Excited about P2, because it's a little work-out vacation. I've bucked the system and tried in rounds past to hit the gym but it slows my losses and increases my appetite ...

  2. Back in the HCG-loop

    It's been a couple of years and I have 10-15lbs to loose. Would LOVE to see 150 this round, but we'll see what this body can do.

  3. R3VLCD1 - Hope to reach my ULTIMATE goal of -61lbs in Round 3

    I couldn’t WAIT to get out of bed this morning. VLCD1 is FINALLY here!

    After loading for two days, I felt very uncomfortable last night. My stomach was bloated, my fingers felt like sausages (too much sodium) and my body just felt plain ol polluted.

    I gained 5.8lbs while pre-loading last weekend and loading Monday and Tuesday. That makes me 5.8lbs above Round 2 LIW. Hoping to have these loading pounds gone by Sunday so that I can start working on the real fat next ...

  4. The confidence in knowing that HCG WORKS!

    Round 3 / Loading Day #2

    I PRE-loaded on a camping/kayaking/hiking trip last weekend + Loading Day #1 = 6lbs gain..oh my. I still have one day (today) left of loading to go. Normally, I only gain 5lbs while loading, so this is pretty crazy. Pre-loading is not part of protocol, but it was fun none-the-less!

    But no need to worry, I am confident that these new lbs will come off in the first 4-5vlcds. So AWESOME knowing that I can lose weight! My whole life, the idea ...

  5. Round 3 / Loading Day #1

    I’m back!

    Loved the two months of P4 and kept to my LIW -45lbs, swinging within 4lbs of that #, but always returning back to -45. It helped that I stayed clear of starches and sugars. I COULD have enjoyed them, but I found that I could eat MORE and NOT gain, when I avoided them. Weighing every day was also very important.

    So glad to be back ‘home’ here at the hcg diet info site. Such a great way for us to share our experiences and support one another! I've already ...

  6. Dove into a bottle of vino + P3ing too fast = disaster

    No big mystery why my scale spanked me with a 1.6lb gain / 1.6 above LIW.

    I was just too excited for P3.
    Friday, Hubby and I met friends for dinner and I had 1…2…3 glasses of Chardonnay and was punished dearly for it on Saturday morning (HEADACH!). In a funk, I indulged in some Babybel cheese and some sugar-free chocolate…much more than I should have.

    Funny love affair with P3

    Here I sit at my desk full of WAY too much energy for 8am in the morning (thanks to the caffeine in my Friday n/f latte) daydreaming of P3 that I start on Saturday night.

  8. WOO HOO! R2VLCD48 TODAY LIW is -45.2


    I have one shot left…but after a showdown with a choco chip muffin yesterday (I don’t even like muffins), which I won by the way, I knew I was done.

    Initially my goal was to get to -50lbs this round. That would have made a total of 32.4lbs in R2. But happy as a clam with 45lbs / 27.6lbs this round.

    So excited about the extra proteins and veggies in P3 (SUNDAY!!) AND to have my 100% workouts back!

    R3 is due to begin August 5 or 12 & ...

  9. Watch out P3, here I come!!

    VLCD46, only 4 days until LIW. Kinda wishing I had more time to lose a few more lbs, but REALLY excited for P3 and having 100% of my energy back!

    I wanted to do my measurements this morning, but ran low on time. It’s been awhile and the curiosity is getting to me. I still have lots of belly that I would like to lose (although it is substantially less than before), wishing I could stop the losses in my chest and take it from the belly…Lavern and Shirley have been reduced from a 38D ...

  10. A bit of a struggle with the attention

    Only 0.80lbs to go, to get back to pre ‘Planned-Interruption-Weight’ of -42lbs.

    Today I will start TOM, so hoping to shed the final .80 lbs from last weekend's planned interruption and possibly take a friend or two as well. The goal was to wrap up R2 @ -50lbs, but with only 9 days left till LIW, that might not be feasible. I’ll be happy at -45lbs.

    At this point during the round, working out is a lot easier, as long as I have my apple before and protein afterwards. ...
