I weighed myself this morning, and I was still at the same weight of 127.4lbs, I have been so good but the scale refuses to budge. I decided to do an apple day today instead, and dusted off my gym bag as I really want to get below 126lbs by the time the three extra VLCDs (without drops) are over. I have eaten a total of 4 apples today (just finishing my last one as I am typing this), and only drank when I was thirsty. I did manage to drag myself to the gym, and surprisingly could do a decent workout. I did interval training on the treadmill for 30 mins, then rowed for 30 mins, cycled for 30 mins and did some leg weights. I burnt around 750 calories. so I am hoping to see some movement in the scale tomorrow morning!...I will be so annoyed if it still says the same weight. Has anyone else tried working out while on phase2? This was the first time I have tried.

I cannot wait to get into phase 3 and eat some yummy food. The food I have been having at the moment has been repetitive, and it is so restrictive......Roll on Friday evening.
