P3 Day 2

I am down to 126.2lbs, and I am on my P3 D2. I have been eating loads, so I thought I was going to gain, but the gym sessions must have paid off. P3 is so much more easier than p2. There is so much variety in what you can eat. Another bonus is that I can now eat out. I was living as a recluse before as most socializing involves food. I haven't been calorie counting , just eating when I'm hungry and stopping when I am full. However today I feel that i have eaten a bit too much because I am feeling uncomfortably full. I have been constantly eating, although I am still sticking to protocol, by not having starches or sugars. I think I will have gained in the morning, but I am planning on going to go to the gym to work some off it off so I'm not too worried. Only 19 more days of this....I can do this
