vlcd day 2 after a week of planned interruption...ramblings, thoughts and stuff

This forum is awesome. It makes DIY HCG so much easier and less expensive than doing it through a clinic. A lady i work with complimented me on my 20 pound weight loss. she had heard of HCG and was interested to try it, so i gave her a bunch of links. she was going to a metabolic clinic and they wanted to charge her 500 dollars for her hcg! so crazy how people are making money these days. My only wish is that HCG wasnt advertised as such a cheesy diet like the ones you see on TV infomercials....this diet is SO much more than that. it has given me my wardrobe back because i can finally fit into everything lol. im doing 23 more days of vlcd and im hoping to lose atleast another ten pounds...but i would be SUPER happy with 20! i need to be bikini ready by August because me and the bf are going up to MA for a huge party his dad throws every year. its going to be on the beach This is my motivation for losing, but i also want to do it for me! ive always wanted to do it for me, i just needed to find the push and the right diet.

I feel like an HCG pro now. P3 was amazing, btw. i ate all p3 during my interruption and it was beautiful...taco salad, hamburgers (minus the bun and ketchup). meatloaf, bacon! everything i wanted whenever i wanted and i still dont think i hit my caloric limit. i maintained a pound under my LDW.

This is my first blog entry...ENJOY!

This mornings weight 158.4

Congrats on your losses! You're going to feel like a million bucks at the party in August!
Yup, I too get really frustrated with the clinics, the way they *******ize Dr. S's protocol all at the cost (both money and physically) of the patient. I heard one clinic had their patients on an 800 calorie diet....Imagine that the losses are much slower, which would cost the patient more...stepping down from my soapbox. Just happy I found out how to DIY too! It's awesome!
    Congrats again, and again!
